SholoBit ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Kitty Print: Mini Cat Printer mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Data You Create — Stored Locally Only

Most user-generated content is stored locally on your device in an SQLite database. We never transmit, sync, or back up your receipt or product data to any server we own.

This includes:

Shop name, address, phone number, and footer text (your receipt settings)
Product names, prices, stock levels, and categories
Receipt and transaction history, including totals and timestamps
Recipient name and phone number optionally added to receipts
Loyalty card details used for printing
To-do tasks and their statuses
Images selected for printing (processed in memory only)

If you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.

1.2 Third-Party Analytics & SDKs (Google Firebase)

We use Google Firebase services to improve the app experience. The following data is collected automatically:

Google Analytics for Firebase: Collects anonymous data about how often you use the app and which features are most popular. This does not include personally identifiable information like your name or email.
Firebase Crashlytics: If the app crashes, an anonymous report is sent to help us fix the bug. This includes your device model and the code that failed.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): To send push notifications (e.g. print status or template updates), an anonymous Device Token is generated. You can opt-out instantly in the App Settings by toggling notifications off.

1.3 Other Third-Party Services

Google Play Billing: Processes premium upgrades. We never see your payment details.

RevenueCat: Manages subscriptions and purchase verification. They receive an anonymous User ID to sync your premium status across devices. RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Google AdMob: Free users see ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (advertising ID) to serve ads. You can opt-out in your Device Settings → Google → Ads.

2. Permissions

Permission	Why it is needed
`BLUETOOTH`, `CONNECT`, `SCAN`	Connect to MXW01, GB01, GT01 & other mini thermal printers via BLE.
`CAMERA`	Take new photos directly within the app for printing.
`ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION`	Required by Android for BLE device scanning. No location data is read.
`INTERNET`	Ad serving, purchase verification, and anonymous analytics.
`POST_NOTIFICATIONS`	Deliver print status and update notifications.

3. Your Rights & Data Control

Since data is stored locally, you have full control over your information:

Right of Access: All records are visible within the app.
Right to Deletion: You can delete individual records or uninstall the app to wipe all data.
Analytics Opt-out: While analytics are anonymous, we respect your privacy. All app usage data is handled in accordance with Google's Privacy Policies.
